Tapiwa Taruvinga is a Geologist with a minimum of 18 years of work experience in different mineral commodities which include Gold, Copper, Manganese, Chrome, Cobalt, Zinc, Iron Ore, and Coal in various countries which include Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, Tanzania, and Ghana. Mr. Taruvinga has vast greenfield and brownfield exploration experience and has been directly involved in mine production at the senior management level for commodities like gold, copper & cobalt, and manganese. He has been involved in the setting up and leading of multi-disciplinary teams (geologists, geo-technicians, surveyors, geophysicists, field drivers, office personnel, etc) and has worked for several international consulting firms.

Dineo Mashaba joined Bulemin resources in 2022 as an intern. She is a registered candidate National scientist and holds a BSc honors in geology from the University of the Witwatersrand and has recently completed her MSc degree in metallurgy at the University of Cape Town.
Rejoice Ndawe has been with Bulemin Resources since 2012 as the Office Administrator. She has seven years of experience in administration and holds a Diploma in Office Computing and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Rejoice provides not only office support to Bulemin Resources but other corresponding companies.

Khanyisile Nkambule currently serves as director for a Civil Engineering and Project Management Consulting firm as well as a Civil Construction firm. Ms. Nkambule aims to replicate the successes and longevity of Bulemin Resources and ensure that it flourishes into an innovative and robust competitor within the industry.

Mr. David Legong has over 10 extensive years of experience in the Civil Engineering Design and Construction industry. After attending tertiary education at Technikon Northern Transvaal, Mr. Legong acquired certificates in both computer-aided design and pavement design, as well as undertook several Project Management courses from various institutions in South Africa and New Zealand. In addition to his valuable experience in the civil engineering industry, Mr. Legong also gained a background in Geology as part of his civil engineering curriculum. He was part parcel of the branch out to explore the mining sector in 2014 when Bulemin Resources was first established.
