Women Empowerment
Bulemin Resources (Pvt) Ltd values the contribution of women in the mining industry and therefore seeks to increase its employment capacity for women from 25% to 40% in the next four years as it pursues to address the gender employment inequalities in society.
Training and Skills Development Programmes
Bulemin Resources plays a significant role in youth unemployment alleviation in South Africa by providing skills training and development to young graduates through their various internship and learnership programmes. There are currently two Intern Geologists working for the company with the plan to fully integrate them into full-time employees upon completion of their learnership programmes. Our interns are subjected to intense supervision and exposed to high-level skills through interaction and learning from experienced mentors, consultants and researchers. The training programmes also give them access to the latest technologies and software adequate for them to perform, develop and grow to their full potential to become resourceful employees for the company.
